Visto che, dopo quasi quattro anni di blog, ci siamo affezionati parecchio, abbiamo deciso di regalarci il dominio http://www.sacchibelli.it e migrare su wordpress. Siamo ancora in fase un po' "pasticciona" nel cercare di configurare al meglio wordpress, ma speriamo che il blog continui a piacervi. Cinque anni dopo...

Sono passati cinque anni dall'8 ottobre 2005, una data per noi importante. Cinque anni decisamente speciali, belli e intensi. E anche se quest'anno e' stato tanto difficile e funestato dalla tragedia che ci ha colpito, sia io che Silvia ci sentiamo sempre piu' legati l'un l'altra. Ieri, per la prima volta, abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario. Ci siamo goduti un'ottima paella al ristorante spagnolo "Sangria Tapas y Allegria". Che dire, il tempo passa, ma ci difendiamo ancora bene...

We got married 5 years ago. These years have been really beautiful and exciting and, although the last one has been really difficult and tough, we are in love more than ever. Yesterday, for the first time, we celebrated our anniversary with a good paella at spanish restaurant "Sangria Tapas y Allegria".

Home-made pizza

Gia' avevamo parlato (qui) della pizza fatta in casa qui dai sacchibelli. Oggi pero' ci abbiamo riprovato seguendo una ricetta diversa (tratta da Easyfinger di Sigrid Verbert (alias Il Cavoletto di Bruxelles). Ovviamente abbiamo optato per un condimento a base di prosciutto cotto e gorgonzola (uno dei nostri preferiti) e come potete vedere dalle foto, il risultato e' stato piu' che decoroso.... Ovviamente dovete un po' fidarvi, visto che le uniche due pizze fatte sono state mangiate da noi stessi....

Two years ago we posted our home-made pizza (see here) but today we repeated the experiment following a new recipe found in Easyfinger a nice book from Sigrid Verbert (alias Il Cavoletto di Bruxelles). As you can see, our pizzas (with "gorgonzola" and "prosciutto") look great, and trust on us, the taste too was excellent

Pupazzi

A volte e' capitato che, in qualche vecchio post, facesse capolino qualche peluche... Qui dai sacchibelli in effetti ne alberga una discreta famigliola. Da quando pero' Silvia ha scoperto la passione, come passatempo, di realizzarne con le proprie mani, a maglia o all'uncinetto, l'allegra combricola sta moltiplicandosi. L'ultima arrivata e' Grenny, la rana, ma nella foto di gruppo ci sono "quasi" tutti i piccoli capolavori di Silvia. Che dire, sono decisamente stupendi.

Here at sacchibelli's it is not impossible to see some peluche to appear within the pictures we published in our blog. We have a nice family of "peluches" living with us, and this family is quickly growing thanks to Silvia's passion for knitting (not only) animals. The newest is this lovely frog, but in the second picture you can admire "almost" all the group. Is not amazing?
