Certo il tempo non era dei piu' invitanti. Siamo ad agosto ma i temporali qui la fanno da padrone. Pero' e' pur sempre estate, e l'estate e' tempo di gelati. Cosi' ieri sera la gradita visita di Alice e Filippo e' stato il pretesto per preparare un gelato alle pesche bianche. Purtroppo ci siamo dimenticati di fotografarlo, ma direi che e' venuto piuttosto bene, nonostante il colore inevitabilmente un po' pallido. Grazie ancora per esserci passati a trovare e per una serata che, tra poesie, pesto, barche a vela, Corsica e quant'altro, e' stata decisamente piacevole.In the last period we are having thunderstorm every day. We don't know if summer is already expired, but for sure temperature is lower than expected. However summer is summer, and this means that it is always time for our famous ice cream. So yesterday we prepared a special "white peaches" gelato for our friends Alice and Filippo, almost ready for a travel to Corsica, a place we love a lot. Thanks for coming and for the nice evening spent together, discussing of so many topics, starting from Corsica we then moved to poetry (?) and then to pesto (we are very curious to try the one you will prepare), to sailboats and so on. And obviously we hope to see them again quite soon.
