Silvia's pregnancy doesn't allow to prepare extra-caloric or extra-glicemic food. Nevertheless today Silvia was able to cook something special, finding a good inspiration in this post of the always great Cavoletto di Bruxelles. We miss a lot multicultural food we found in USA, and it was nice to try some japanese experiment. We like to be "people of the world". So we ate a special beef, together with potatoes. But there were also special ingredients like sake, ginger and soy sauce. And the result was great. And as you see, at the end I'm a master in the art of eating with chopstick. For sure Emiko and Kuniko, our japanese friends, would be able to prepare something more impressive, but we were very satisfied about this experiment :-).
