Come forse ricordate il Natale scorso ci siamo regalati un bellissimo robot da cucina Kenwood (Chef KM010), dopo attenta comparazione con il celebre KitchenAid (vedi
qui). Abbiamo gia' fatto parecchi post riguardo al mitico Kenwood, ma questo Natale ci siamo regalati un nuovo accessorio, il tool per fare la pasta. In particolare ora possiamo produrre maccheroni o caserecce e stamattina abbiamo fatto il primo tentativo. Che dire, i primi sacchibelli's maccheroni sono riusciti proprio bene, e presto concederemo il bis. I nostri ospiti di sicuro li proveranno, e presumiamo che ne resteranno estasiati...
As you remember, last year (Christmas 2008), we bought an amazing Kenwood Chef (KM010) after an accurate comparison with the famous Kitchen Aid (see
here); after one year we are very happy about this machine, and we bought also the tool to make pasta (maccheroni and casereccie for now). Today we tested it, and, believe it or not, it works perfectly. We started with standard maccheroni, and in the pictures you can see the phases of our production. Probably a new era started today and soon our guests will try our fantastic pasta...
